This hotel offers a fantastic location with direct access to Chichén Itzá, making it perfect for early morning visits. The rooms are quite nice with stunning views, but there could be some improvements in service and dining options. While I enjoyed the serene atmosphere and the beautiful grounds, certain amenities were lacking, such as variety in breakfast and more attentive service.

This hotel is a true gem, nestled in the heart of the jungle and just steps away from the Chichen Itza ruins. My room was spacious and included a stunning jacuzzi tub with a view that made my stay feel like an experience in paradise. While the staff was incredibly helpful, I did find the dining options on the pricey side. Overall, the atmosphere was serene and beautiful, making it a delightful place to unwind.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the atmosphere is infused with the spirit of the Mayan civilization, and the accommodations are quite luxurious. However, I faced some issues with misleading ticket prices for local attractions and some service lapses. Overall, it's a beautiful place to stay but be cautious about additional costs.

This hotel is a beautiful oasis tucked away in nature, providing a unique and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms offer stunning views of the Chichen Itza ruins, and the friendly staff made our visit memorable. However, some areas need improvement like the outdated facilities and spotty service at times. Overall, it’s a lovely place to explore the surrounding history, but a few upgrades could really enhance the experience.
